What I deliver

Four kinds of programme

Regulatory & compliance

AML, financial crime and compliance platform change, delivered against risk and regulatory frameworks with the evidence trail auditors expect.

Data migration & governance

Moving records between systems where the data is personal, regulated, or both — cleansing, mapping, reconciliation and the sign-offs that go with them.

Platform migration & consolidation

Taking a business off a legacy estate and onto a single target platform, including HR consolidation from SuccessFactors to Workday.

Client & wealth platforms

Digital client platforms, suitability, custody and settlement change — upgrade strategy through to testing, cutover and adoption.

Background

Where I have worked

Most recently at RBC Brewin Dolphin, running compliance data integration and, before that, the international HR platform migration. Earlier, delivery roles in wealth management platform change and, further back, programme work inside global investment banks.

I work client side. On vendor-led programmes that means owning scope, sequencing, data quality and the governance evidence, while the implementation partner owns the build.

Financial Services Delivery

A short series on how these programmes actually run

Part One

Asset management operating lifecycle

Client onboarding through to order execution, settlement and reporting.

Part Two

Post-merger integration in asset management

What has to be delivered between deal announcement and a single operating model.

Part Three

Consolidating employees onto one HR platform

Migrating legacy HR estates onto a single global platform, without missing a payroll.
